We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is caring, patient and committed to making a real difference in children’s lives. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with pupils and teaching staff to support learning, encourage development and help every child reach their full potential.

This role offers opportunities to work one to one with pupils or in small group settings across both mainstream and Early Years environments. 

A successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have

• A calm, patient and caring personality
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Experience supporting pupils on a one to one or small group basis
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection guidelines
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

What we are looking for

• A minimum of six months experience working with children or young people in an education setting
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN or SEND
• A genuine passion for education and supporting learners with diverse needs
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
