Senior Customer Service Advisor (NON-call centre)

Location: Birstall

Salary: £30,000 per annum + bonus per named 5-star Trustpilot review

Hours: Full-time, Permanent | Office-based

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Senior Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our busy operations team. This is a pivotal role within the business, providing a high level of support to customers while working closely with internal departments to ensure swift and effective resolution of enquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responding to telephone and email enquiries from a range of clients, including homeowners, architects, and contractors

* Managing the Customer Service inbox and ensuring timely, accurate responses

* Taking ownership of all customer cases from initial contact through to resolution

* Coordinating the dispatch of replacement goods, spare parts, and the return of faulty items

* Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of cases

* Maintaining accurate records and reports in line with internal systems

* Developing service procedures and contributing to continuous improvement

* Supporting the wider business in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a senior customer service, logistics, or planning role

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms

* High standard of written and spoken English

* Confident telephone manner and ability to remain calm under pressure

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* Team-oriented approach with leadership capability
