We’re Everest Telecoms, a specialist B2B telecom provider rapidly building our presence across the UK. We're now hiring in Manchester and looking for an ambitious, confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become the 5th member of our growing team.

If you’ve got solid sales experience and you're keen to step up into a leadership or management role, this is the perfect time to join.

? What You’ll Be Doing:
? Making outbound B2B cold calls to UK-based SMEs and mid-market companies
? Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our senior consultants
? Working closely with senior management as one of the first team members in Manchester
? Helping shape sales processes and contribute ideas as we scale
? Accurately updating CRM systems and reporting activity
?️ Representing the business in a smart, professional manner

? Working Environment:
? Remote for the first 3–6 months while we finalise our Manchester office
?️ Once open, the role will become full-time office-based, Monday to Friday
? Business dress is expected – suit and tie or equivalent smart attire

? What We’re Looking For:

? Confident communicator, professional on the phone and in person
? Ambitious mindset – someone who wants to grow into a management position
? Self-motivated, structured, and reliable
