We are looking for a Children’s Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a Residential service in Hayes, London

As a Children’s Support Worker, You Will:

* Assist Children with learning disabilities and emotional/behavioral needs in a Residential Home

* Assisting with daily routines like dressing, bathing, feeding, and toileting, ensuring comfort and dignity.

* Provide care and build strong, trusting relationships

* Maintaining effective communication with parents, families, other professionals, and the children themselves.

* Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect

* Promoting the well-being and safety of children, including reporting any concerns

* Maintaining accurate records of children's progress, care plans, and observations.

* Encouraging children to develop their life skills and become as independent as possible

What We’re Looking For:

* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

* Experience working with children in a residential setting

* Compassionate, patient, and committed to safeguarding children

* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends

* Right to work in the UK & able to provide two professional references

* Minimum 3 years experience working in Children’ s residential service in the UK

* Enhanced DBS on the update service .

* Will need professional care related references covering last 3 years of employment
