We are currently seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a vibrant and nurturing early years setting based in East London. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early childhood education and experience supporting children aged 0–5 in their development and learning.

You will work alongside a supportive team to provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and early education to children aged 0–5

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS curriculum

Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and physical development

Work closely with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on progress

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment

Accurately complete observations, assessments, and learning journeys

Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years)

Sound understanding of the EYFS framework

Experience working in an early years setting (nursery, preschool, or reception)

A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
