CNC Process Technician

The Company:
The goal of this newly created Process Technician role is to support the maintenance, setup, and operation of the 3 Axis CNC Machines. If you are an experienced and confident Process Technician who is used to working with CNC machines, it's a lovely job for you.  Flexi hours available Monday to Friday only.
 
Job Responsibilities:

Set-up, operate, troubleshoot, resolve process and machine issues and maintain a variety of 3 Axis CNC Machines
Collate and analyse process data to identify trends.
Focus on cost reduction and productivity improvements.
Quality control, create SOPs, training new and existing staff on processes. Preferred Skills:
Knowledge and experience in machine programming - 3 Axis CNC preferably

Ideally a working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
Higher education qualification in a relevant technical disciplineAssociated Benefits:

Working Hours:
Flexitime offered - as long as you work a 40 hour week, you can work any hours to suit you, Monday to Friday between 6am and 7pm
