Our client is a 24/7, service-driven business operating in a demanding, reactive environment. Their clients expect immediate action, their engineers are constantly redeployed and every decision impacts customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

The Role

This position sits at the heart of their operation. You will coordinate skilled engineers deployed in vans to client sites on a reactive basis, often at short notice, with changing priorities throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

* Owning day-to-day service delivery in a highly reactive environment

* Coordinating and constantly rescheduling engineering resources to meet SLAs

* Managing demanding client expectations with confidence and positivity

* Protecting and enhancing commercial margin on every transaction

* Ensuring van routes are planned economically and efficiently

* Firmly but fairly managing engineering resources and performance

* Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention

* Leading by example in a team environment where leadership matters

* Making sound commercial decisions under pressure

* Responding positively, professionally and urgently—every time

What We’re Looking For

* 5–10 years’ experience successfully coordinating service delivery in a fast-paced, reactive environment

* A proven background in industries deploying skilled engineers in vans to client sites

* Experience where immediate attendance and urgent response were business-critical

* Demonstrated ownership of SLAs, KPI’s and client satisfaction

* Strong commercial awareness, with a track record of protecting margin

* Natural leadership qualities—teams need direction, not supervision

* A mindset that accepts every day brings major challenges

* Customer care that runs through your DNA

Industry experience is not essential. In fact, we are open to candidates from outside the sector who bring fresh thinking. What matters is pace, resilience and an absolute client-first mindset.
