Repairs Supervisor - Electronics. This is a good opportunity for you to put " your stamp" on this area. Two direct reports.

Role involves: Electronic and Electrical fault repair, warranty process, training and operations procedures.

At least 3 years electronic repair experience along with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving electronic and electrical faults including LCD screens.

Strong technical and problem solving skills, excellent attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills are required.

You must be able to drive to get to site and live within commuting distance.

Monday -Friday 8am-4pm.

The role involves the following:

Electronic and Electrical Fault Repair: • Diagnose and repair electronic and electrical faults including LCD screens and interior components. • Conduct initial testing and fault finding of returned assemblies and/or products. • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of electronic equipment. • Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards. RMA and Warranty Process: • Take ownership of the entire repair and replacement process for returned products. • Identify faults in returned products and determine appropriate repair or replacement actions. • Ensure all returned parts are located and recorded as per company processes. • Record all activity and time taken to perform a repair as per company processes. Operating Procedures: • Write and update operating procedures including work instructions, repair manuals, and troubleshooting guides. • Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to relevant personnel.
