Accounts / Reception Administrator | Onsite | Telford | £12.71 per hour | Temp to Perm
Seymour John are delighted to be supporting a friendly business based in Telford who are looking to recruit an Office Professional with experience in both Accounts and Reception.
This is a dual-role position, ideal for someone who enjoys variety. You will spend 2 days per week in the Accounts department and 3 days per week on Reception, meeting and greeting customers and supporting the smooth running of the office.
The Role
This position would suit someone who enjoys balancing numbers with people-facing responsibilities and thrives in a varied working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts (2 days per week):
* Managing customer accounts and chasing outstanding invoices
* Checking and processing invoices
* Adding invoices onto the system
* Ensuring banking records are kept up to date
* Supporting invoicing and general accounts administration
Reception & Administration (3 days per week):
* Meeting and greeting customers face to face
* Handling incoming phone calls and speaking with customers
* Relaying messages accurately and efficiently
* Offering refreshments to visitors
* Ensuring the general office runs smoothly
* Providing general administrative support
