As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact in providing support and information, to a varied audience using multi-channel communication methods.

Hours: 35 hours, Mon-Fri – Hybrid working available after training

Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:

* Managing high volume multichannel enquiries including phone, email and live chat from query to resolution.

* Taking ownership and responsibility for resolving enquiries and improving the customer experience.

* Make outbound telephone calls to contact individuals in relation to outstanding matters or documentation

* Manage a busy inbox, responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently

Essential Skills for a Customer Service Advisor:

* Exceptional customer service skills

* Proven experience of dealing with a high volume of inbound calls
