Quantity Surveyor – Drylining Contractor (London)
I’m working with a well-established drylining subcontractor based in London who is looking to bring in an experienced Quantity Surveyor at mid-level.
This is a contractor-side role, suited to someone who knows drylining inside out and is comfortable running multiple projects from procurement through to final account.
The role will include:

Full commercial management of drylining packages on residential and commercial projects
Preparing and submitting interim valuations
Pricing, negotiating and agreeing variations
Procurement of subcontractors and materials
Cost reporting and forecasting
Managing subcontractor accounts and payments
Agreeing final accounts with main contractors
Attending commercial and site meetings as required What I’m looking for:

5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Strong background with a specialist drylining subcontractor
Experience working on London-based residential and/or commercial projects
Confident dealing with main contractors and client QS teams
Strong understanding of drylining systems, rates and packages
Organised, commercially aware and able to manage multiple jobs What’s on offer:
