Overview

Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an elderly care provider to appoint a new Operations Director for their organisation.

The role will covering a small portfolio of 4-6 homes across Essex, Kent and Cambridgshire. As Operations Director you will be responsible for the operational perforrmance of the services and will be reporting directly into the Managing Director. The homes are made up of Residential, Dementia and Nursing Care and all vary in size ranging from 40 beds up to 120 beds in size.

The candidate

The ideal Operations Director should be someone who is hands on, proactive and has previous experience in multisite roles. This could be Regional or Operational Managers looking to step up or current Operations Directors looking to step across into a new opportunity.

You should be able to demonstate good commerical knoweldge from the get go and hit the ground running.

* Based across Essex, Kent and Cambridge

* Must have multisite experience

* Work directly with the Managing Director

* Covering 4-6 services

* Nursing, Residential and Dementia Care

* MUST have good commerical knowledge

* Ideal if you have experience improving private bed ratios

* Salary £80,000 - £85,000 plus car allowance

Location: The role will be covering areas such as London, Maidstone, Cambridge, Romford, Chelmsford, Luton, Colchester and Ipswich.
