As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive seamless, consistent care by managing staff scheduling, liaising with clients, and supporting our healthcare professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule care staff to meet client needs

Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders

Handle day-to-day queries and respond promptly to emergencies

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Monitor care quality and client satisfaction

Maintain accurate records and reports

What We're Looking For:

Experience in care coordination or a similar role (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
