Our client are a Residential Developer in the Kent area, and they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on site in Sittingbourne

Skills/Qualifications:

* Previous Timber Frame & Traditional Build experience on Volume sites

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* First Aid

Duties for an Assistant Site Manager:

Assisting the Senior Site Manager/Project Manager

*

Doing inductions

*

Finishing

*

Managing sub-contractors

*

Taking plots from finals to CMLs
