Recruitment Consultant – Leicester (LE19)

Ideal Recruit is looking for a Recruitment Consultant  to join our team in the Leicester (LE19) area.

Location: Leicester, LE19
Salary: £27,000 per year
⏰ Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Immediate start

Key Duties:

Sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions

Conducting inductions for new starters

Maintaining KPI records and ensuring reports are up to date

Monitoring and managing timesheets

Supporting recruitment and administrative processes as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
