Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Golden Fox Recruitment is supporting a respected multi-disciplinary consultancy as they look to add a dual-skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to their South Wales team. You’ll take on a balance of surveying and analytical duties, carrying out work across Cardiff, South Wales and Bristol, with no requirement to cover wider regions.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and working across a mix of commercial and industrial sites. If you’re looking for a position that offers good work, strong development opportunities and a professional, supportive environment this could be the perfect next step.

Your typical week will include:

* Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys (HSG264 compliant)

* Air monitoring and four-stage clearances

* Bulk sampling and fibre counting

* Producing clear, accurate reports

* Working closely with clients to ensure safe and compliant project delivery

What You’ll Bring:

* BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or equivalent)

* Experience in both surveying and analytical duties

* Strong knowledge of asbestos guidance and legislation

* Confidence working on commercial and industrial projects

* A full UK driving licence
