Our client, a well established refubishment and fit-out company, are seeking a Senior Estimator to join them on a permanent basis covering sites across Berkshire, Oxfordhsire, London & Cambridge.

Senior Estimator

Job Description:

Identify commercial opportunities for improved tender margin
Producing tenders including the production of bills of quantities, measurement of works, pricing notes and material quotes
Providing updates on progression against tenders
Producing commercial scheduling for managing material and labour spends
Liaise with other business unit s to produce accurate and comprehensive tender submissions whilst ensuring tenders reflect client requirements
Understanding scope of works and identifying inconsistencies/gaps in information
Contribute to pre-construction activities including procurement scheduling, launch meetings, project team reviews and scope of works presentationsTo be Successful in this role you will need:

Previous experience working as an Estimator, desirably in a Lab environment
Knowledge of building and construction fit-out processes
Flexibility to travel across various sites
