The Role

We're seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer Setter Operator to join our customer 's precision engineering team. The role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes with HAAS Fanuc controls, including creating and optimising programs offline to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision machining, attention to detail, and the ability to work from engineering drawings to produce high-quality components.

The Candidate

Experienced CNC Lathe Programmer Setter Operator with strong proficiency in offline programming using Fanuc controls on HAAS machines.
Proven ability to produce high-precision components from engineering drawings, ensuring efficiency and quality in all machining operations.
Demonstrated supervisory experience, capable of leading a small team, coordinating workloads, and maintaining high production standards.

ESSENTIAL:

* FANUC controls and HAAS experienced

* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

* Be able to programme online and offline using FANUC
