Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-quality children’s home? We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in children’s residential care to drive excellence in service delivery and ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.
About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will:
✅ Oversee the daily operations of a children’s residential home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and care standards.
✅ Lead, support, and develop a skilled team, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
✅ Implement and monitor high-quality safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
✅ Manage budgets, resources, and reporting to maintain efficiency and sustainability.
✅ Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external professionals to promote positive placements.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting.
✔ Strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding policies, and Ofsted inspection frameworks.
✔ Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
✔ Passionate about making a positive impact on young lives.
