Senior Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

A Senior Recruitment Consultant will build and manage a portfolio of clients within the education sector, including primary, secondary and SEN schools
Develop new business by identifying and targeting potential clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering personalised solutions to their staffing needs
