Finance Administrator

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Finance Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in fund administration, investment management, or financial operations who is ready to take the next step in their career.
You will play a key role in supporting the investment, operations, and compliance functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and exceptional service for investors and portfolio companies. The role offers hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle from fundraising and transaction support to compliance and client relations.

Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate calls and meetings with investors and portfolio companies.
Assist in reviewing investment applications and maintaining accurate records.
Prepare and manage payment instructions and documentation.
Maintain up-to-date records of companies, deals, and investments, and assist in preparing reports for external stakeholders.
Collect, organise, and share investment certificates and related documentation.
Respond to investor and partner queries via email and online platforms.
Assist the compliance team with document checks, record-keeping, and regulatory reporting.
Your Skills and Experience:
A degree in Finance or a related discipline is preferred.
Previous experience working in heavily administrative investment operations, fund administration, or financial services roles
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Confident in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) and comfortable using digital tools.
Interested in startups, venture capital, or financial services, with a desire to build a long-term career in the investment industry.
Knowledge of UK investment structures, financial instruments and investment processes
