The Role:

Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to pupils with a range of learning needs (SEMH, ASD, MLD, etc.)

Develop personalised learning plans in collaboration with support staff and SENCO

Use a creative and nurturing approach to help students overcome barriers to learning

Monitor and track student progress, adapting teaching methods accordingly

Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching English, ideally within an SEN or inclusive setting

Strong understanding of SEN strategies and a commitment to personalised learning

Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting young people

Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
