Overview

We're looking for an organised and proactive Human Interface focussed Design Producer/Digital Project Manager to join one of the world's leading tech giant's International Human Interface Design team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their digital project management career (5-6 years' experience) to work inside one of the world's most admired tech companies.

You'll support the smooth delivery of multiple design-focused digital projects, including responsive design for apps & websites, ensuring timelines, communication, and collaboration run like clockwork. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to creative processes, working across time zones, and thriving in complex, fast-paced environments.

Why You're Needed

Due to increased workload, and the hiring manager, a collaborative and passionate leader, needing extra support to stay on top of delivery timelines and planning. This is the first time they've brought in a contractor for this position, so there's a real opportunity to shape how this role adds value. If you start before September, you'll be able to onboard with the manager before a busy autumn project season begins.

What You'll Do

Plan and track digital project timelines and key milestones
Schedule and support design reviews, sprint planning, and check-ins
Document tasks, actions, and risks, keeping teams aligned across time zones
Work closely with Designers, Engineers, and Product teams across the UK, EU, US, and Asia
Support delivery of design work for digital products - from first-party apps to international roll-outs
Help ensure international relevance of design work across local markets
Manage ambiguity - not every project will be clearly scoped at the outset
Support communication and hand-offs between design and development

About You

5-6 years' experience in a Digital Design Producer, Delivery Manager, or Design Coordinator role at a creative agency or similar big tech company.
Experience working in or with cross-functional digital product teams
Familiar with creative or design environments (e.g., agencies or product teams)
Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Confident managing multiple stakeholders and working across time zones
Comfortable in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
Passionate about quality, design, and the end-user experience

Nice to Have

Experience with international or localisation projects
Worked on digital products such as apps or responsive websites
Familiarity with Human Interface Design, UX/UI, or accessibility standards
