This is an excellent opportunity for a confident classroom practitioner who is eager to take on additional responsibility and support the continued success of the school.

The successful Lead Teacher will have:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and proven experience teaching in KS1

Strong classroom management and organisational skills

A commitment to raising achievement and supporting children’s progress

A proactive and reflective approach to teaching and leadership

Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
