Red Recruitment is recruiting Sales Representatives to join our client based in Southend-On-Sea. You will be required to handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries.

Benefits and Package for a Sales Representative:

Salary: £24,525 per annum, average OTE £35,000
Hours: 35 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
Hours between:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 8pm
1 in 4 weekends (either a Saturday or Sunday)
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Southend-On-Sea

Progression opportunities throughout the business, across all sites and departmentsThe training period will span over 6 months where you will earn £250 training bonus per month. After the training period has completed, the normal commission structure will commence.

During the first 4 weeks of training, you will be required to be in the office Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Previous experience in a phone-based role required
Ideally, you should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
You should have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, especially in sensitive situations
