Sales Coordinator / Proposal Coordinator

We're looking for someone with experience in coordination or sales support to take on a key role within a busy marine-focused business. As a Sales Coordinator / Proposal Coordinator you'll work across departments to help manage bids, support the sales process, and respond to customer needs-particularly in the defence and commercial sectors.

This is a varied, practical role where you'll be balancing admin, communication, and coordination. If you're organised, confident with systems, and comfortable working with both internal teams and external contacts, this could be a great next step.

What We're Looking For - Sales Coordinator / Proposal Coordinator:

Experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar admin-heavy role.
Comfortable working across departments and juggling multiple priorities.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to getting things done.
Experience with tender processes or document preparation is helpful, but not essential.
Confident using internal systems and keeping organised records.What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing and submitting tender bids, tracking their progress, and keeping clear records.
Reviewing public portals to identify relevant tender opportunities and sharing with the team.
Coordinating between sales, technical, and logistics departments to gather accurate information for bids and quotes.
Processing sales orders and quotations using internal systems, following up to help improve conversion.
Responding to customer enquiries-pricing, product information, warranty support-and providing clear, friendly communication.
Supporting general office tasks and occasionally helping cover reception when needed.What's on Offer:
