️ CNC Miller Machinist (3 & 5 Axis)

We’re currently recruiting for a CNC Miller Machinist to join a leading manufacturer based in Nottingham, working on high-spec components across various industries including aerospace, automotive, and precision engineering.

? The Role:

*

Setting, operating, and/or programming CNC milling machines (3 & 5 axis).

*

Reading and interpreting complex technical drawings.

*

Working to tight tolerances and producing high-precision components.

*

Performing in-process inspection using traditional measuring tools and CMM (if required).

*

Maintaining quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement.

✅ Requirements:

*

Proven experience operating and setting 3 and 5-axis CNC milling machines.

*

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining principles.

*

Ability to use precision measuring equipment.

*

Programming experience (Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens) desirable.

*

A proactive attitude with attention to detail and quality.
