Purley, South London – Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

The Company

A leading international packaging design agency with over 30 years’ experience creating eye-catching designs for global consumer products. Based in South London, the agency is known for its collaborative, multilingual team and high-quality creative work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

* Manage German-speaking client accounts and day-to-day communications

* Coordinate project workflows with design, artwork, and production teams

* Track timelines, proof artwork, and ensure brand accuracy

* Organise photoshoots, gather quotes, manage samples and invoicing

* Oversee multiple packaging projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

About You

* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Dutch advantageous but not essential.

* Experience managing end-to-end administrative processes

* Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail

* Background in a translation or design-led environment is a plus
