Commercial Property Solicitor / Experienced Paralegal

Location: Flexible across office locations
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor (all levels considered) to join a well-established and growing Commercial Property team within a full-service law firm with a strong presence across South Wales.

We are also keen to hear from experienced Commercial Property Paralegals with strong technical ability and hands-on experience who are looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive firm.

The Role

You will be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, working closely with colleagues across the wider firm and supporting a diverse client base.

Typical work will include:

Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
Landlord and tenant matters
Property finance
Development projects
Ongoing asset management workThe role can be tailored depending on experience, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, with appropriate support

Delivering high-quality, pragmatic advice to clients
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management requirementsThe Experience You'll Have

Qualified Solicitor (any level of PQE considered) or an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal

Solid experience in commercial property transactions
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong technical ability
Excellent communication and client care skills
