We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing manufacturer in Kingswinford, seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to join their team. If you’re a confident communicator with 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales or telesales and want to develop your career in technical sales, this could be the ideal next move.

Role Responsibilities:

Generate new business through outbound calls, prospecting and lead nurturing

*

Maintain and grow existing customer accounts

*

Identify new markets and applications for technical product lines

*

Support business development strategies alongside the Managing and Marketing Directors

*

Work both independently and as part of a supportive commercial team

*

Hybrid working (office attendance once per week)

Requirements:

*

1–3 years in telesales, inside sales or B2B sales

*

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

*

Confident working towards targets and KPIs

*

Interest in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial products

*

Self-motivated and eager to learn
