Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering teams to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated production lines and distribution systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure project alignment and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt cutting-edge technologies to enhance system performance.
Coordinate engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Mentor and develop team members to build strong capabilities within the engineering function.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all engineering activities.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge in automated production lines and distribution systems.
Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, with a track record managing successful projects.
