Forklift Driver (Night Shift)
Location: Wednesbury
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 42.5 per week

Shift Pattern

* Monday to Thursday: 6:00 pm – 3:00 am

* Friday: 5:00 pm – 2:00 am

(Includes a 30-minute unpaid break each shift)

About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client’s busy night shift team in Wednesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position within a supportive and fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

* Operate a counterbalance forklift safely (experience with a 4-way truck is highly desirable)

* Manage incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate stock records

* Load and unload vehicles and complete all associated paperwork

* Carry out routine equipment checks and report any faults

* Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised

Requirements

* A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (4-way truck experience preferred)

* Previous warehouse experience, ideally within the steel industry

* Physically fit and able to manage manual handling and long periods on your feet

* Strong attention to detail with good numeracy skills
