What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the structural design process on complex, multidisciplinary projects
Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians
Liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders
Overseeing design delivery to high technical standards, within time and budget
Supporting business development and contributing to strategic growth

What They’re Looking For:
Chartered (or nearly chartered) with IStructE or ICE
Proven experience leading structural engineering projects
Strong technical knowledge across a variety of construction materials and sectors
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ambition to grow into a leadership or director-level role
