Pro Staff is currently working with a construction contractor based in Swansea is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to strengthen their finance team.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the end-to-end purchase ledger function, supporting supplier relationships, payment runs, and wider cashflow performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:

End-to-end processing of supplier invoices
*
Supplier statement reconciliations
*
Preparing weekly / fortnightly payment runs
*
Managing supplier queries and credit limits
*
Accurate coding to projects and cost codes
Requirements:
*
3 years’+ Purchase Ledger experience
*
Strong reconciliation and payment run experience
*
Confident dealing with suppliers
*
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
*
Strong attention to detail
