Job Overview

I am recruiting for 5 Joiners with experience in cladding and insulation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. As a Joiner, you will be responsible for creating and assembling wooden structures, ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality and safety.

Duties

Cladding and insulation

Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks.

Perform tasks such as plumb, level, and align materials during assembly.

Carry out painting and finishing work on completed projects.

Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and masons, to ensure seamless project execution.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

Undertake heavy lifting as required during the construction process.

Skills

Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to joinery.

Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and principles.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Experience in roofing systems is advantageous.

Knowledge of basic electrical work is beneficial.

Familiarity with masonry techniques is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.

Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing.
