Primary & SEND Support Roles - West London

Full-Time | Term Time Only
Hours: Approx. 8:30am - 3:45pm
Daily Rate: £90-£95 (depending on experience)

SANZA Teaching Agency is currently recruiting for a number of primary and SEND support roles in schools across West London. These positions are ideal if you are seeking full-time work during term time, whether you're starting out in education or aiming to develop your skills further.

If you are applying for teacher training, this role offers essential, hands-on experience that will strengthen your application and prepare you for the classroom.

We're working in partnership with a number of well-organised schools that offer supportive environments for staff and pupils alike. These roles are available now and for September 2025 starts.

Roles currently available include:

General Teaching Assistant (class-based support)

1:1 Support Assistant for pupils with specific needs

SEND Teaching Assistant in specialist settings

Intervention Group Leader (Literacy, Numeracy, SEMH focus)

We are keen to hear from individuals who:

Are considering a long-term future in education, including teacher training

Have previous experience supporting children in schools or youth settings

Are confident, adaptable, and eager to contribute to school life

Enjoy working with children with additional or complex needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH)

Your day-to-day might include:

Supporting classroom learning and managing daily routines

Providing focused support in one-to-one or small group sessions

Encouraging pupil confidence, communication, and independence

Supporting children with SEND, both in mainstream and specialist settings

Working with teachers and SENCOs to meet learning targets
