Hays are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and skilled 2nd line engineer to join an exciting client's team
What you will be doing

2nd Line Support/Field Engineer
Answering calls, emails
Working with Active Directory, Teams, Microsoft, M365
Sometimes driving to different sites will be required.
Skills & Qualifications Required

A clean UK driving licence and your own vehicle
Relevant IT qualifications or demonstrable IT technical support experience
Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft/M365
Active Directory Experience
Prior experience as a rollout/2nd line engineer
