Lead Installer – Heat Pumps - £45 - £55K
A newly established innovative business in the Heat Pump market are seeking a Lead Installer to join their business.
This role comes with strong progression opportunities.
You will work installing Heat Pumps on domestic properties throughout North and West London.
The company are looking for someone who can grow with the business and end up running the service and installation side of the business for years to come. This is a full time permanent position.
Lead Installers duties:
Installing the heat pump, cylinder and all necessary components and pipework
Commission and test the installed system and resolve any problems immediately.
Act as the face of the company on-site, building trust with customers, clearly explaining the process, and ensuring a great experience throughout
Complete handovers with care, making sure customers feel confident and comfortable using their new system
Lead Installers salary:
£45K depending on experience
Company van (or an allowance for using your own vehicle), tools, PPE and all the support you need to do your best work

Requirements:
2 Years’ experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps
Able to carry out technical surveys in domestic properties via an app and in-person
Background as a qualified Plumber / Gas Safe Engineer
Working knowledge of MCS standards and working practices
