Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to join our growing team. This is a full-time position in a friendly, busy bakery environment where quality and care come first. You’ll work alongside passionate bakers, creating a variety of pastries, laminated doughs, cakes, fillings, and creams — all from scratch.
What You’ll Do

Prepare and laminate doughs for croissants, danishes, and other pastries
*
Create cakes, creams, fillings, and desserts with precision and consistency
*
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section
*
Ensure product quality and presentation are always of bakery standard
*
Work efficiently during early morning shifts (early start, early finish)
*
Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new seasonal creations
