Senior Fire Engineer – London

Vertical Recruitment is currently seeking a Senior Fire Engineer for a leading consultancy based in London, due to continued growth and an exciting project pipeline across the UK and internationally.

In this role, you’ll lead the development of fire strategies across a wide range of high-profile projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers. You’ll have the opportunity to work on both prescriptive and performance-based designs and help shape fire safety from early concept through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compliant, risk-based fire strategies across various sectors.

Lead project delivery and stakeholder coordination.

*

Provide mentorship to junior fire engineers.

*

Represent the fire team in client and design meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Chartered or nearing Chartered Engineer status.

*

Strong technical expertise with UK regulations and design guidance.

*

Experience across RIBA design stages and project lifecycle.

*

Proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset.
