CNC Programmer - Mazak Lathe

We're currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team in Fareham, with a focus on Mazak Lathe machines. If you're a skilled machinist looking for a stable, well-paid role with flexibility and great work-life balance - we'd love to hear from you.

? The Role:
- Programming, setting and operating Mazak Lathes (Mazatrol)
- Interpreting technical drawings and ensuring quality output
- Working closely with the production team to meet delivery targets
- Performing routine maintenance and ensuring machine efficiency

✅ What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience programming Mazak Lathe machines
- Strong knowledge of Mazatrol control systems
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to machining

- Flexible start/finish times between 6am-9am (day shift only)
