Freelance Site Manager – Fire Stopping Project

⏳ Duration: 11 consecutive days (including weekends)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a fire stopping project in Kent, starting 13th February for 11 days inclusive of weekends.

Role Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day site management of fire stopping works

* Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme is met

* Ensuring works are completed in line with fire safety regulations and specifications

* Maintaining high H&S standards on site

* Liaising with the client and reporting progress

* Quality control and snagging of fire stopping works

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing fire stopping projects

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

* Strong knowledge of fire stopping systems and compliance

* Ability to manage a fast-paced, short-duration project

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
