What we offer at Tradewind Recruitment

Starting salary £28,000 - £30,000 with first-year earnings typically between £35,000 - £40,000

Commission from day one - no waiting to be rewarded for your work

35 days holiday and shorter working hours during school holidays (4.5-hour days)

About the Impact Academy

The Impact Academy is our specialist training programme designed to give you the tools to succeed. In your first year, you will:

Source and interview teachers and support staff for school roles

Write professional CVs and market candidates to schools

Support the sales team to ensure successful candidate placements

Earn commission as soon as you contribute to a placement

After completing the programme, you'll move onto a sales desk with advanced training in business development, client partnerships, negotiation, safeguarding, and more.
