Private Client Paralegal – Loughborough

A well-established, forward-thinking law firm in Loughborough is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team. The Role

The successful candidate will assist fee earners in a broad range of private client matters, including:

* Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney

* Assisting with probate and estate administration

* Supporting on trusts, tax planning, and Court of Protection work

* Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and external stakeholders

* Managing files, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records

About You

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

* Previous experience in private client law (minimum 12 months preferred)

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* A professional, empathetic, and client-focused manner

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload effectively
