Job Title: Part-Time PPA Cover Teacher

TeacherActive is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Clapton for a confident and enthusiastic PPA Cover Teacher to work on a part-time basis.

This role involves providing high-quality PPA cover across Key Stage 1, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive and structured learning environment. The successful candidate will be able to quickly engage pupils, follow school policies, and maintain consistency in learning during cover sessions.

Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum is essential, along with the ability to manage behaviour effectively and adapt to teaching different classes across the week. This role would suit a qualified teacher who enjoys variety and is looking for a flexible, part-time position.

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1

A flexible, professional, and positive approach to teaching
