Damp and Mould Operative

£17.00 - £20.00 Per hour

Location - South Derbyshire

Full Time, 37 Hours per week,

Contracted Position for a duration of 8 months

Sellick Partnership Ltd are partnering a well-established housing association with the recruitment of a Damp and Mould Operative to join a their repairs and maintenance team on a contracted basis.

Daily duties of the Damp and Mould Operative consist of:

Identify damp and mould and understand how it requires treating
To remove any defective decoration damaged by damp and mould
Wash, clean and treat areas that are affected by damp and mould
Take before and after photos of work carried out
Using the provided PPE
Undertake small elements of decoratingEssential Experience of the Damp and Mould Operative:

Possess a full UK drivers license
