A leading Tier 1 developer is urgently seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a landmark £300m+ development in Milton Keynes.

You'll be working on the infrastructure and groundworks packages of the project, helping drive commercial performance during a crucial early phase of this high-profile scheme.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Management of groundworks and civils sub-contract packages

*

Procurement, cost reporting, valuations, variations, and payments

*

Site-based commercial support and liaison with project delivery teams

*

Reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager and supporting wider team as required

? Requirements:

*

Strong groundworks and infrastructure experience essential

*

Proven track record working with Tier 1 main contractors or developers

*

Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment

*

Available for immediate start

*

Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge (NEC/ JCT advantageous)
