Salesforce Business Analyst (Certified Admin)

Location: London/ hybrid

Salary: £65,000 to £75,000

Mason Frank are proud to partner with a global end user who are looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst. This role would suit a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst who is passionate about leveraging Salesforce to drive business transformation

The SF BA acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing the Salesforce platform to meet their evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
Support user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Partner with developers and admins to implement scalable solutions.
Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases.Required Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) - mandatory.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus.Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Advanced Admin)
