We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Operative to join their busy production site in Wellingborough. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Pay & Working Hours
·£13.00 per hour
·Overtime paid at time and a half
·Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30
·Friday: 06:00 - 12:00 (early finish!)
Key Responsibilities
·Operating production machinery
·Packing and assembling products (manual handling/heavy lifting involved)
·Moving, stacking, and wrapping pallets ready for dispatch

·Able to carry out manual handling duties safely and effectively
·Reliable, efficient, and able to work well as part of a team
·Able to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
