Are you passionate about food safety, compliance, and getting the details right? We’re recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join a fast-paced chilled food manufacturing site, supporting the technical team with HACCP documentation, audit readiness, and day-to-day compliance activity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail, a working knowledge of HACCP, and a proactive approach to technical administration. You’ll play a key role in keeping the site audit-ready, supporting internal systems, and ensuring technical records are accurate, timely, and aligned with customer and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the technical team with HACCP documentation and compliance records

Maintaining and updating internal systems for traceability, specifications, and audit readiness

*

Assisting with internal audits, non-conformance tracking, and corrective actions

*

Liaising with production and quality teams to ensure technical standards are upheld

*

Preparing documentation for customer visits, BRC audits, and retailer requirements

What You’ll Bring

Experience in a food manufacturing environment (chilled or ambient preferred)

Working knowledge of HACCP principles and technical documentation

*

Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

*

Confident communicator across technical and operational teams

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
